Password Reset

Overview

If you forgot or lost your password, you can reset it yourself through the self-service password reset. Alternatively, you can request a password reset from ITS.

Environment

Anyone with an Etown account can use the self-service password reset or request a password reset.

Details

The self-service password reset will take you to the self-service password reset page. Fill in the requested information to reset your password. To do a self-service password reset, click the Self-Service Reset button at the top right.

Requesting a reset will create a ticket informing ITS staff that your password needs reset. You will be contacted when your password is ready to be reset. To request a password reset, click the Request Reset button at the top right.

Additional Information

When requesting a password reset, have the last four digits of your social security number and your college ID ready. These pieces of information are needed to verify your identity. You will not need to input this information in the request form; however, it will be asked when we contact you.
